A vine in a pot by a window, six sensors and one Raspberry Pi 5 beside it running Oracle7. Every 15 minutes each sensor is read, and each reading is signed and stored. Oracle7 checks the sensor before it believes the reading. The two soil sensors watch the same pot, so a change only one of them makes is that sensor's fault. The vine speaks only from what it measured, and nothing in the program can water it or switch anything.
These are the vine program's own replies, computed at the latest reading. It wants a greeting first. It answers from admitted readings, with when they were measured. It declines what it cannot measure.
