The model is yours
It's a file on your computer, not a service you're allowed to visit. Vendor pivots, price hikes and outages can't touch it — it works with the network cable unplugged.
Your data · your machine · your model · no metering
The P7 Knowledge Engine turns your business data into a private AI model that runs entirely on your own computer. It answers questions about your customers, your catalogue, your pipeline — with a confidence score and the record behind every answer — and when your data doesn't contain the answer, it says so instead of making one up. Retrains from your current data in minutes, on an ordinary CPU, whenever you press the button. No cloud. No API keys. No per-use fees. Nothing to leak.
One subscription · one optional setup · cancel anytime
The desktop app plus your own knowledge model, minted from your business data and running locally. The model is yours — it lives on your machine and works with the internet unplugged.
I take your data — a CRM export, a product catalogue, spreadsheets, whatever records your business runs on — structure it, mint your first working model, and install everything with a walkthrough.
Not a wrapper around someone else's cloud
It's a file on your computer, not a service you're allowed to visit. Vendor pivots, price hikes and outages can't touch it — it works with the network cable unplugged.
When a question falls outside your data, recognition drops below a measurable threshold and it says "I don't know" — by construction, not by politeness. Every answer shows its confidence.
Press Retrain and the model rebuilds from your live data on an ordinary CPU — about the time it takes to make coffee. A model that tracks your business instead of drifting from it.
Training and answering both happen locally. There's no upload, no API, no data-processing agreement to sign — no provider exists in the loop to leak to.
From spreadsheet to answering machine in a week
Your records — customers, products, jobs, leads — are exported and structured into a training corpus. During setup I do this for you and script it so it's repeatable.
The corpus is compiled into a knowledge model on your own CPU in minutes. It's verified against facts you know are true before you ever rely on it.
Plain-English questions in the desktop app: "who's the contact at Meridian?", "what's the status of that order?", "is this customer commercial or residential?" Answers arrive with confidence and source.
Business changed? One button rebuilds the model from today's data. The subscription includes a guided monthly retrain — heavy users can do it daily for free.

ChatGPT rents you access to someone else's model in someone else's cloud, metered, trained on nothing of yours. This is a model built from your data, running on your computer, with no network dependency and no per-use billing. It's not a general-purpose chatbot — it's your company's facts made queryable, with an honest "I don't know" at the edges. Many clients use both: a general AI for writing, the Knowledge Engine for truth.
No. Training and answering both happen on your machine. There is no cloud component and no API key. Your data can't leak to a provider because no provider is involved — that's a property of the architecture, not a promise in a privacy policy.
Mainstream AI will confidently invent an answer when it doesn't know — a hallucination. This model is built differently: out-of-scope questions fall below a measurable recognition threshold and it says so instead of improvising. In head-to-head testing against a conventional model of the same size, it flagged 100% of unknowns; the conventional model flagged zero.
Factual ones, about what your data records: contacts, categories, statuses, locations, what an offering includes, whether something belongs to a group. Short, sourced answers. It won't write your marketing emails — that's what general AI is for, and I'll happily set that up too (see the AI Employee).
Press Retrain: the model rebuilds from current data in minutes on a normal CPU. No GPU, no training bill, no vendor queue. Monthly guided retraining is included in the subscription.
A normal Windows PC. If you cancel, the app and your last model stay on your machine and keep working — what stops is retraining support, updates and priority help. Your data and model remain yours either way. No hostage-taking.
